Irvington Town Hall Theater

The Irvington Town Hall Theater (ITHT) presents numerous events throughout the season which runs from Sept-May including concerts, dances, and theatrical productions. Please check back later this summer to see what exciting events we have planned for 2015-2016. We will be adding those events & ability to purchase tickets soon!

Seeking Local Playwrights

Next season, the Stage Door Reading Series will be overseen by ITHT commissioner Beth Ryan and will have a local spin on it. There will be three events throughout the season (October, January, April) where local playwrights will get a chance to cast their works, see and hear them read aloud in front of an audience, and get feedback on their work in a Q&A with the audience afterwards.

Beth and her committee are looking for local playwrights that have a completed play that they would like to submit to be a part of the series. Interested writers can email a pdf copy of the script to Beth at:

The committee is open to plays of any themes with smaller casts that should be able to be read in under 90 minutes on stage. The committee will be reading plays through the summer, so playwrights in Westchester and Rockland Counties should get their plays submitted as soon as possible.
